Current- Attaining knowledge in the technical nuances of our SaaS product(s) and Industry aspects. - Cultivating knowledge of critical product and industry aspects.- Designing and creating high-value training programs for customers, partners, and employees, ensuring comprehensive coverage of product and industry aspects to drive successful product adoption.- Partnering closely with product, implementation, service and sales teams to identify issues, close gaps, and facilitate continuous improvement in Talkdesk products and their deployment.- Providing support to internal employees and strategic partners, offering consultancy, implementation and ensuring their success in delivering high-quality implementations, fostering strong relationships for sustained success.
