About Yugeshree Frylinck, Cxpa

Yugeshree Frylinck is the CEO of The CX Group and was a chapter lead for the CXPA. She founded The CX Group almost a decade ago after building her corporate career for 18 years in the customer experience field. She specialises in customizing customer experience designs into the real world, shifting CX maturity levels through operationalising a relevant customer experience framework within organisations, this, in turn, ensures continuous improvement and innovation aligned to individual customers' needs.
