Retail campaign project leader

-Develop yearly retail roadmap and campaign strategy.-Responsible for retail campaign, props and GWP development, implementation and review of seasonal campaigns, promotion programs and sales meeting, including the executive and performance.-Collaborate closely with internal and external functions to ensure effective campaign management.-Cascade all retail related implementation plan to sales force.-Guide regional teams to enhance the capability of details through seasonal meeting, training workshop, support the sales requirements according to sales weekly meeting. -Close tracking, timely review and adjustment due to sales’ feedback.-Work with store design and visual merchandising teams for retail presentation optimizing and new store opening.-Manage vendors to execute the projects following direction within budget.

-Plan promotion schedule, execute and tracking the performance of the promotion activities.-Handle all aspects of the promotion activities by partnering with sales, finance and property management. -Check and monitor the brand events.-Assist Marketing manager to control and track the budget.-Provide admin support to marketing team.

-Responsible for the operation and maintenance of SH Das-auto website. -Plan the website campaign schedule, update new product information.-Update Baidu brand zone with the other agency.
