Currently employed at BQool Inc., I am primarily responsible for an all-in-one SaaS product for Amazon EC sellers, with clients spanning the United States, Europe, China, and Japan, as well as internal customer management software. My areas of responsibility include business analysis, product specification writing, quality assurance, and cross-departmental collaboration. I have successfully launched French and Spanish interfaces for the product. I am proficient in managing multiple languages, ensuring consistency and adaptability across different markets.Previously, I served as a Product Manager and Account Manager at Dexatek Technology Ltd., where I completed several projects, including set-top box projects in Taiwan and IoT smart home projects in Japan. I was involved in every stage, from concept design to mass production delivery, ensuring that projects were completed on time and met budget and quality standards.My career began at YSCO Machinery Co., Ltd., where I worked as an International Trade Secretary, responsible for export business management and customer relationship maintenance. These experiences have honed my strong problem-solving skills and solid business foundation.In addition to my professional experience, I am committed to continuous self-improvement to keep my knowledge up-to-date, and have obtained a PMP certification in project management.
