As a Social Security Product Consultant at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, I was responsible for marketing and selling social security products to both corporate and individual clients. During my role as a Tax Assistance Specialist, I facilitated comprehensive tax education and assistance programs for UNTIRTA campus residents and the surrounding community. I provided guidance on completing SPT reports and matching NIK through the DJP online platform, ensuring participants fully understood the process and adhered to regulatory requirements. As a speaker, I delivered tax awareness counseling in remote areas of Lebak, Banten, promoting tax literacy and fostering a culture of compliance among underserved communities. I successfully assisted 20–60 respondents per event in filing tax reports, maintaining accuracy and clarity throughout the process. In addition, I monitored and evaluated tax assistance initiatives at the local tax office, analyzing outcomes and offering actionable insights for program improvement. This experience strengthened my expertise in public engagement, regulatory compliance, and program evaluation within the tax sector.
