• Contributed to and maintained ddtrace, an open-source library for Datadog APM tracing• Improved trace encoding performance efficiency by ~9.5% by redesigning custom MessagePack encoding module for encoding traces via Cython• Helped bring Datadog's new CI pipeline tracing product CIApps to general availability for the Python tracer• Added framework testing with ddtrace enabled into the ddtrace library's CI pipeline in order to ensure and expand integration test coverage• Consulted with support engineers and responded to customer escalations and Github issues
