About Yuri Marques
Data Analyst and Ph.D. in Physics from Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP) with a profound passion for knowledge.During my academic career, I had the opportunity to live abroad. I spent two years in Portugal, where I participated in a student exchange program in the field of Physics at the University of Coimbra, and nearly three years at ITMO University in Russia, working as a postdoctoral researcher in Quantum Electrodynamics. In addition to technical development, these academic experiences contributed to the enhancement of my analytical skills, critical thinking, logical reasoning, time management, and, most importantly, problem-solving abilities.With a strong background in mathematics, statistics, Python, and experience in data analysis, I completed an MBA in Data Science and Analytics at the University of São Paulo (USP), with a thesis focusing on deep learning (neural networks). This academic achievement led me to transition into the field of Data Analysis, where I currently thrive. Postdoctoral Researcher
We conducted theoretical research on two-photon bound states in a two-dimensional waveguide network with a lattice hosting two-level atoms. Explored the properties and exclusive parameter domains of these bound pairs. Investigated the interplay between on-site photon blockade, polariton dispersion, and long-range radiative couplings between qubits. Analyzed the localization characteristics of these excitations in finite-size systems. Also investigated the nature of linear excitations in two-dimensional arrays of qubits coupled to chiral waveguides. Demonstrated the emergence of two-dimensional flat bands in the polaritonic spectrum, resulting in slow, strongly correlated light.

We develop theoretical models based on quantum transport theory to investigate Dirac/Weyl semimetals and Majorana systems.
