• Report to Senior Manager Human Resources responsible of Human Resources Department ;• Responsible for Recruitment to providing the talent ready on board, including Job Offer Notice and employement agreement;• Responsible to provide and analyst the talent needs from each Department, and make sure all user already complete employee request form for the next process to recruit candidate;• Open recruitment Selection externally like free website or registered website, making advertisement to Newspaper local for weekly vacancies and update vacancies in the website company;• Conduct recruitment through internal or external process to meet the company’s business needs;• Responsible to making daily report, weekly report and monthly report to send and update to President Director and all of Head of Divisions; • Responsible to provide system throught Company Rules and Regulation, SOP, Code of Conduct for the Company;• Have a good relationship and manage good relationship with 3rd parties such as HR Consultant, head hunter etc;• Monitor the operational recruitment process to make sure no redundant function or miss intepretation in the recruitment of request from User and process in delivering or developing projects;• Providing monthly report for monthly management meeting of headcount, attrition number, turn over, Employee Training Record, Exit interview;• Involve with internal Project as task team like gathering of the company, Tree Planting;

• Recruitment and Selection , searching candidates from various sources, selecting resumes, interviewing, making assessment and interview report and preparing offering letter. Responsible of monthly report of employee headcount and vacancy. • Standart of Procedure Reviewing and updating Standard of Procedure / SOP of recruitment, performance management and separation, • Responsible for development and implementation of employee exit process, retention program and improvement program, new employee induction program. • Training and Development to responsible of new employee onborad. Conducting training and socialization of company policies, procedures and regulations.• Personnel Administration such as employee attendance sheet, employee overtime, Jamsostek, correspondences, filling employee personal record, as an preparing for auditing preparation for Audit ISO 9000:2001 and ISO 14001.• Handling employee payroll, overtime, jamsostek, Car Allowance Program and Motorcycle Allowance Program.• Responsible in GA such as maintain the office equipment, canteen supply order, establish and maintain company license and expatriate’s permits, provide necessary travel documentations such as visa, land / air travles, hotel / accommodation services.
