 Manage end to end recruitment process for candidates including candidate tracking and scheduling of the candidate through the recruitment process, providing first line screening, managing interview schedule for candidates and hiring manager Handle for some project related with Recruitment i. g Recruitment Satisfaction Survey Post job ads on professional sites, job sites social media and active search via Linkedin and other platforms Reviewing and updating Standart Operating Procedure for Recruitment, Resignation, Internal Transfer, Internship Program, Refferal Program and etc Responsible for BOD Pack report, HC Dashboard report, daily recruitment report, headcount monthly report to regional, update and send report to Regional relate recruitment updated process. Responsible with budget planning for recruitment program Liase with third parties e.i. medical check up vendor, background cheking vendor, outsourcing vendor. Responsible to handle extention period of agreement for renew and update the agreement with third party.

 Responsible for Recruitment to providing the talent needs from each Department and make sure all user already complete employee request from for the next process to recruit candidate; Open recruitment selection externally like free website or registered website, making advertisement to Newspaper local for weekly vacancies and update vacancies in the website company; Have a good relationship and manage good relationship with 3rd parties such as HR consultant, head hunter, etc Responsible for GA matter, such as dealing with third parties, management building and government Monitor for maintenance office, purchase order, office renovation Making weekly and monthly report due to updating GA project activity, responsible related rent apartment & car for BOD

 Recruitment and selection, searching candidates, interviewing and interview report and preparing offering letter. Standart of Procedure reviewing and updating Standard of Procedure / SOP of recruitment, Environment Safe Health. Training and Development to responsible of new employee on board. Personnel administration such as employee attendence sheet, employee overtime, Jamsostek, correspondences, filling employee personal record, as an preparing for Audit ISO 9001:2001 and ISO 14001 Responsible in GA such as maintain the office equipment, canteen supply order, establish and maintain company lucense and expatriate’s permits, provide necessary travel documentations such as Visa, land / air travels, hotel / accomodation services.
