AFE and Economic Officer for E&P Dept/ Planning Div.-Analyzing all costs charged to projects and liaising with project team to ensure costs have been correctly recorded and allocated-Monitoring and controlling actual cost based on approved budget, specifically budgetary line that already proposed and agreed in WP&B 2013-Controlling day by day operational cost, by creating acceptance voucher / payment request then record in spread sheet make sure all actual cost already planned and approved in WP&B 2013-Preparing Quarterly accrual cost as requested from finance Department-Preparing and Submitting PIS (Place Into Services) and AFE Close Out Report (COR) -Preparing AFE Proposal to be submitted to SKKMIGAS-Analyzing and report Work in Progress against each project-Assist the project team in all aspects of cost control, ensuring effective management of the project.-Monitoring drilling activity progress to keep it on track scheduled and budgeted-Preparing all necessary documents for submission and close out meeting with SKKMIGAS

Plannig :1. Prepare budget based on assignment specification2. Create time plan for project implementation as well as milestones in SAP (project progress completion, documentation submission and billing plan)3. identify project risk using Mini Risk templateMonitoring & Controlling :1. pdate plan cost, billing plan and milestones in SAP based on actual progress2. Check the financial figure deviation on plan versus actual in SAP (cost, revenue and margin) etc.Closing :1. Analysis of all costs charged to projects and liaising with project team to ensure costs have been correctly recorded and allocated2.
