Leadership & Legal Advocacy:- Drive resiliency of global supply chain through policy analysis, media relations, legislative impacts and risk assessments as a leader in program development and engagement strategy.- Perform ongoing performance analysis on operational, quality, and effectiveness in alignment with industry KPIs and trends, continually mitigating service disruptions while optimizing network efficiency.- Expanded organization mission and scope through overseeing representatives, formalizing structure, delegating tasks to develop recommendations, earning key roles as Chair and trusted advisor to DOT, FAA, PHMSA, TSA and Congress.- Develop impact assessments on regulatory updates by defining financial impact, operational needs, and technical requirements, across both domestic and international mandates.- Construct proactive change management plans upon major updates through the development of comprehensive safety management systems (SMS) and standard operating procedures (SOPs), expediting industry-wide adherence.- Provide cargo transport education and promotion to policymakers, global organizations, and the public. Operations Management:- Manage business operations including financial auditing, performance reporting, metric development, website administration, communications strategy, and people operations.- Build and present multi-year strategy plans including financial forecasting, mission and values definition, gap and trend analysis, budget development, and market analysis, presenting key findings for endorsement from Board of Directors.
