About Zach Range
Technical Support Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in a fast paced high volume environment. Skilled in SQLPLUS and SQL Server, hardware and software diagnostics and support, teamwork, and customer relations. Bachelors Degree focused in Computer Management Information Systems from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville. Currently with Aclara my day to day includes solving hardware and software issues for customers with their Windows Servers and proprietary TWACS/RF Electric system. Along with that, as a senior member of the team I travel the country going to customer sites for training and in house work focused on enhancing the performance of their system. I also work alongside Software for getting bug fixes and enhancements implemented, as well as the Sales team travelling to customers and conferences.I am technical in my daily work but also am personable and confident and able to work with people, internal or client, and get things done. I'm used to very fast paced and demanding workloads and balancing that with life and hobbies.
