Energetic, self-motivating worker who believes that a strong work ethic and positive attitude goes a long way. Successfully oversees the daily operations of a high volume restaurant and making sure we obtain our high standards of food preparation as well ensuring excellent customer service. As a service manager, it is my responsibility to keep my crew members motivated, our customers happy and our restaurant at set budgets. By emphasizing the importance of Food Culture, People Culture and Business Culture my segment goals are achieved with overall team satisfaction and most importantly customer satisfaction. In the near future I plan on balancing a full time job and being an above average student. I plan on attending Cuyahoga Community College and transferring to a four year program with a Sports Management major with a Statistics minor. My goals are to one day be a part of an NBA organization holding any basketball operations role.
