I identified data sales opportunities, made customer presentations, and helped close complex network solutions within Sprint’s Wholesale sales channel. This included providing customer and sales support for Sprint’s strategic data products.

Worked on identifying and closing custom network solutions in a consulting role. This involved driving strategic opportunities through an internal custom solutions process and teaming across multiple organizations (Network, Finance, and Marketing).

Analyzed and recommended alternate access solutions and strategies for Sprint wireless backhaul network. Performed financial analysis and business case preparation for Sprint-owned fiber optic networks (MANs) and/or microwave backhaul access networks. Negotiated terms and conditions with dark fiber providers and fiber optic equipment vendors.

Responsible for a CLEC Operations team that planned, provisioned and implemented local interconnection trunks and facilities for Sprint's CLEC markets. Negotiated interconnection arrangements that optimized Sprint’s existing access architecture in addition to minimizing costs. Monitored Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers’ adherence to interconnection agreements and service delivery and service assurance requirements.

Responsible for managing national switched access long-distance trunk groups, including switched access capacity and trouble resolutions. Managed capacity requirements via a financial model for Economic CCS. I also developed and administered a monthly Business Process Improvement (BPI) package, which was designed to measure processes and identify areas for process improvements.
