Responsibilities Included:- Completing scripted Certification and specific criteria test cases for many SDLC projects.- Testing all aspects of the provided software (games) and to document all bugs, malfunctions, and defects into an electronic database.- Ensuring quality of fixes by reviewing and investigating further to verify that there has not been a regression in quality.- Training, mentoring, and helping raise other testers/employees on my team to all reach higher goals of quality and performance.- Providing support for leadership/upper management; regular delegation.- Uplifting team morale with shenanigans and jovial behavior.

Responsibilities Included:- Quality Assurance of metal parts to ensure proper hardness of metals have been achieved; this was performed per job/load.- Filling conveyor belts that go through furnaces with small metal pieces.- Ensuring all parts are accounted for and properly placed where needed.- Threading countless metal pieces through wires and hung on large metal racks, which then get placed into large furnace ovens.- Heavy lifting ~ 100lb max.- Computer analysis of current and future jobs on software that the company used.- Sweeping and keeping a clean work space environment.- Helping and training temp workers that were regularly hired through a temp agency.

Responsibilities Included:Cart Attendant:- Gathering/collecting carts from the store and parking lot at all times of store hours.- Cleaning bathrooms one an hour.- Emptying trash/garbage receptacles when full.- Filling in at check-out if cashiers need assistance.- Helping customers bring large/heavy items to their vehicle.Cashier:- Scan, bag, and total purchased items for customers.- Upsell the Target brand credit card to every customer at check out.- Remain friendly and happy for customers.- Occasionally help with lifting heavy/large items for customers.Sales Floor:- Ask "Can I help you find something?" to any customer that may or may not be looking for something.- Keep stock and shelves looking full and up front.- Clean any spills or misplaced items.- Return misplaced items to correct location.- Report any suspicion activity/behavior.- Responding/Answering customer phone calls.- Participating in team meetings and "stand-ups".- Use of the handheld scanning device to query for items in the back/storage room and other store locations.- Assisting Cashiers if they need help.- Helping lift heavy/large items for customers.Electronics:- See all of "Sales Floor"- Unlock merchandise from locked cases for customers.- Give video, audio, movie, book, and video game advice to customers.
