Using unique software designed with the needs of Disney in mind, I would have to find solutions for guests, whether they were simply looking to buy a stamp, a park ticket, or resolve what to do when they have to go home abruptly with days remaining, and so much more.Guest Relations is involved with, but not limited to, selling tickets (including new and renewing annual passes), assisting with non-resort reservations (dining, planning, tours, experiences), assisting with some resort information, My Disney Experience application assistance, and resolving complicated ticketing issues.If we had issues with a particular application, we were instructed to use the resources at our hands to assist the guest- often this meant reaching out to particular lines of business and partnering with them to continue making the guests' experience with Disney magical. It was an exercise in efficiency- one that I excelled at.The place I spent most of my time, though, was with their Photos- using a combination of Lightroom, a clever piece of unique hardware, and Microsoft's scanner technology, I would digitize photo prints, negatives, and slides.
