His work at BISP mainly involves operations design, development of operational manual/guidelines, training, continuous process improvement and implementation of the tablet-based Poverty Score Card survey involving desk and door to door approach with an aim to generate a repository of National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) followed by its piloting in 16 districts.Previously, he has worked in the country’s largest network of NGOs - Rural Support Programmes Network (RSPN) for four years. His role at RSPN involved development of the frame works, concept notes, project proposals, monitoring as well as evaluation of different components of the project involving community critical infrastructures, capacity building and carrying out assessments.
