Following the departure from Transcom, NuVoxx gained more latitude to focus on IVR, CTI, Call Routing consulting, hosted IVR solutions and telecom applications development, the original intent when the venture was started in 2002. But armed with in-depth contact center knowledge from working hand-in -hand with NuComm's and later Transcom's call center personnel. Continued to help contact centers, Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and non-profits improve their client interactions by improving efficiencies, customer satisfaction and revenue. Listening to our clients' issues and providing applications, tools and consulting to solve problems or improve day-to-day business.

Participated in Star Telecom's custom solutions development, tailored to specific clients. Following the strategic decision to partner with Genesys, taking a more active role in professional services delivery, leading the design and implementation of automated customer interactions across multiple channels (voice, chat, SMS and other messaging).

Participated as a member of Transcom North America's executive team during successful earnout year. Continuing successful solution delivery for Transcom and Transcom clients. Following Transcom's decision not to continue with internal product development, participating in successful negotiations around NuVoxx divestiture from Transcom, wrapping it up in September 2011.

Leading NuVoxx while participating in preparation for Transcom acquisition of NuComm International as well as NuVoxx.

Co-founded NuVoxx, Canada's premier IVR service bureau, as a part of NuComm International family of companies. Starting from scratch, leading application development and assisting with R&D, helped grow service bureau IVR volume to more than 40 million minutes annually while also developing call center productivity applications for NuComm's internal use. This included developing and deploying a call recording solution delivery for 3000+ ports.

During eight years with Synamics (at the time, one of Canada's leading telecommunications software development companies), delivered IVR solutions for companies such as Microsoft, Consumer Gas, Ontario Hydro, Mackenzie Financial, Global Strategy, Columbia House, Sunoco and others. Managing the delivery of the company's flagship conferencing system from early design stages through development and testing, product certification with Nortel and Lucent to the implementation at a number of major wireless carriers including Cingular, Verizon, Bell Mobility, Telus.

Working as a lead on hardware design and implementation as well as low level assembler programming for hand held terminals and operator panel, integrated in PA2000 family of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for industrial automation. Participated in implementation, integration, testing and troubleshooting of assembly lines in multiple industries.
