Taleemabad for kaiOS:Developed the first Pakistani educational kaiOS application called The Taleemabad App. The application is designed to run on low-spec hardware, KaiOS is a light operating system leveraging open, web-based technologies such as HTML5 to create a rich, intuitive user experience and enable access to essential apps and other internet-based resources. These highly affordable KaiOS-enabled devices are being used by a considerable portion of the population in Pakistan.- Led a team of 2 frontend engineers to develop an Angular-based kaiOS application.- Integrated and configured Firebase and Google Cloud Functions backend of Android-basedTaleemabad application with the kaiOS Taleemabad application. - Developed Google Cloud Functions APIs with BigQuery to develop custom analytics to track the users’ usage of the application and integrated with the PowerBI to visualize the data.- The Taleemabad Application has over 10,000 installs since its launch in June 2020- Integrated Mobile Internet Skills Training Toolkit (MISTT) in partnership with GSMA and M4D Foundation with the aim to teach people the basic skills they need to access and use mobile internetLMS for Taleemabad Schools:- Executed the first digital sales strategy to acquire new schools by showing the value proposition of Taleemabad for schools and onboarding schools on the Taleemabad platform- Designed and developed the process of generating a Lesson Plan which previously took an academic team of over 35 people to make 5000 Lesson Plans in 8 months to 5000 Lessons Plans in 2 months

- Automated the process of quality assurance checks and converting assessment questions made by the authors by parsing Excel format to JSON to be used by the Taleemabad: Primary Grades Learning at Home which currently has over 1.5 million installs - Automated the process of generating assessments from Grade 6 to 12, by collecting assessments from past papers and running them through Amazon Textract OCR, and compiling a Question Bank of over 40,000 questions, which was made into Taleemabad Learning App: Grade 6–12 which currently has over 115,000 installs - Developed an in-house tool using Google Cloud Functions through which the sales team is able to send custom push notifications by targeting specific users to convert them to customers for the Taleemabad Application based on their engagement, actions, etc. It helped them increase their conversation of a user to 10%- Developed a pipeline on Google Cloud Functions that would automatically update CRM with users who had the highest engagement from the time they installed the application for the sales team to convert the users into paying users
