Hello World!My name is Zi, and I love creating characters in multiple mediums of art. I am currently based in Los Angeles but grew up in Milwaukee, WI. After graduating high school, I moved to Tokyo, Japan to study the Japanese language and after reaching profiency in the language I enrolled into Tokyo Design Technology Center.At the time I was studying character design as well UI design. I was fortunate to participate in prjects at this school that were later showcased at Tokyo Game Show 2019.After returning from Japan, I decided to continue my art studies and enroll at Los Angeles Film School as a character artist.My focus as an artist, is creating fully working characters from concept art to modeling and rigging the character.I'm inspired by many things, but my main inspirations come from Japanese fashion and culture, horror, anime, 90s and early 2000s era, and retro technology.
