And taken care with many of reputed customer business for woven top’s Men’s, Ladies & Children’s department, like Raymond – India, Marubeni-Japan, Cotton & Silk- Italy, Mavi Jeans, Dunnes, Mustang, Silk route, Geko, WE, Cortefiel , Matalan, M&S Auchan, C&A etc.

Work with dresses, shirts, tops, pants, outerwear, sportswear, denim, swimwear, made of woven and knits.Negotiation price with vendor/factory & finalize order as per the target margin and delivery point.Work with external departments to obtain line definition, associated volume, price objectives, and delivery targets.Coordinate the style with design, Tech, Sales & Vendor for feasibility of costing, safety and margin points.Coordinate fabric lab-dips/strike offs approvals fm buyer for the support of vendor/factor smooth sourcing points.Allocate production plan based on the vendor/factory capacity & capability, maintain changes in quantity and issue ok toProceed bulk production as per & update T&A plans daily and weekly basis to avoid any risk in order smooth executions..Coordinate and schedule all the pre-production, in-line, & final inspections & resolve the technical and material issues with the vendors/factory as a daily basis.Coordinate the samples (Fit, Pre-production, Merchandise, Salesman, Photo, Product & Reference samples etc) process with the vendor/factory concern team/persons to resolve as per the T&A calendar.Monitor the factory approval evaluation & approval process to select right vendor/factory for the business safety.Follow up the weekly production plan with the shipping schedule (by sea or/and by air) to ensure the final delivery(in Dc date) to the customer & prepare the daily status of all the running styles WIP for design, materials, approvals, purchase, samples, production, testing, inspection & shipments follow up purpose.The principal customer was “Kohl’s Department Store “ -USA and with various product range like, Men’s, Young boy’s/toddler, Ladies & Kid’s- division & Product category - 80% woven and 30% Knit of both Tops & Bottoms (wash & non-wash items).

Deal with business development, negotiate price, preparing buying meeting, prepare yearly budget, conduct customer presentation, identify new business opportunities, customer support, coordinate with offshore offices, monitor sales turnover and analyze sales information, production coordination between factory & customers with daily update status of samples, approvals, materials, production, quality, shipment/delivery and coach subordinates, delegate work to team & assist in managing team day to day operation. Have been done with many world famous buyer like, Nike, The North Face, FILA, LL Bean, Browning, Nordica, Land’s End, J-Crew, Walls Inds Inc, EMS , Anzi Besson, K-way, Cabela’s, etc for USA & Tommy Hilfiger, Benetton, Diesel, etc. for Europe.
