1. Manage and contribute to KBZPay customer app by the channel perspective - the main focus mode is on the growth of user rate , app consistency and increment of conversion rate over KBZPay users2. Monitor key KPIs monthly such as login active user, transaction active user, new onboarded user by channel wise3. Review business progress with product managers and plan for campaigns as necessary.4. Brainstorm new product feature ideas from channel perspective.5. Identify the potential customers and vendors and try to build long term relationships and personalized campaigns engaging plans6. Convey, recommend and provide different suggestions to the research and development team after studying and analyzing the current market trends / campaigns.7. Responsible for business planning and strategy in managing holistic view of Bank products and services for business customers. Collaborate with product owner VCs for planning and managing the operational and developmental activities of innovative products and solutions that are geared towards client needs and the right financial solutions for their businesses for sustainable growth and contribute to the Bank customer acquisition and retention and revenue growth.• Supports VCGM and DVCGMs in executing the Value Centre’s business plans for Business structure.• Analyses complex business and operational issues and distils new solutions which are consistent with the overall strategy of the bank.• Directs and oversees the team's daily business and operational activities to drive value creation, ensure achievement of NPS and productivity targets, and promote alignment with Banking Best Practices.• Prepare monthly review documents and project trackers with updates and present Management.• Lead the efforts and process to gather and create SOP requirements or process improvements.
