• Set up human resources department and prepare an organization chart of HQ ,branches and factories • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions• Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resources policies and procedures• Prepare employee handbook, employment policies & procedures, training policies & procedures and ISO related processes• Ensure efficient design and delivery of all HR policies and ensure they are in line with industry practices• Prepare Annual recruitment plan & training plan• Implement the training and development programs for HQ, branches & factory• Improve training and development related processes, to include identification of training needs, design, delivery and evaluation of development programs.• Prepare all job vacancy advertisements for newspaper and online, negotiate with recruitment agencies; plans and participates in applicant interviews; finalizing hiring notifications• Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both on employee-related and organizational matters.• Manage day-to-day HR services• Prepare monthly report and report to BOD • Prepare HR annual budget plan

• Sell stock shares at Investor Relation Dept during the first three months.• Appointed as event management secretary in Myanmar Agro-tech Expo'2013; arranged meeting schedules and entertainment programs; received booking for booths pavilion from local and foreign companies. • Went to Da-Nu-Phyu Township to collect survey data from farmers and prepared questionnaire. • Provide communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.• Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.• Manage office, maintain office supplies and equipment• Record meeting minutes and organize travel arrangements for employees. This would include hotel arrangements, air tickets and ground transportation.
