Organisational Development Lead
Current▪ Provides strategic and operational direction to key projects across the organisation to drive both the People Strategy and overall business objectives.▪ Responsible for developing the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy and roadmap.▪ People & Culture workstream lead for companywide Transformation programme.▪ Drive the Engagement Strategy across the organisation to create change and improve employee experience.▪ Develop a Career Framework to provide clarity about role expectation, future career opportunities and to empower growth. ▪ Creation of Leadership and Management pathways to support different stages of development. ▪ Support with the development, marketing and launch of a brand-new industry apprenticeship.▪ Working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to influence and instil change.
