As a Digital Journey Manager, I was responsible for bringing together information and insight on live digital customer journeys, providing meaningful support to Product Owners and wider key partners, and working collaboratively to drive continuous journey enhancements.

Reporting directly to the Lab Product Owner I was accountable for delivering transformational change to enhance the Scottish Widows Workplace Savings (SWWS) large scheme proposition, following the acquisition of the Zurich Workplace Savings business. As a Team Product Owner, I input and led on elements of team budgets, planning, stakeholder communications and backlog prioritisation, working with a variety of different stakeholders within Insurance & Wealth transformation including third parties and senior level stakeholders.Key achievements:•Delivered an extensive portfolio of change notably an online Nomination of Beneficiary journey in Money4life, the secure employee portal for SWWS customers to manage their pensions. In the first four months following the journey launch in December there was 6,583 nomination of beneficiary updates submitted onto the platform by customers.•Led the Covid-19 task force efforts by leading the delivery of login journey enhancements on the Money4life employee portal in less than 3 weeks. • Delivered video benefits statements to members, which was the first time video technology had been utilised in this space.

As Product Owner I was accountable for delivering the new Scottish Widows Adviser Website by building a solid understanding of user and business need and utilising this knowledge to prioritise a backlog of website features for the scrum team. As part of this I was also accountable for the migration of the new website onto a new content management system. This was technically complex as it was only the second website in the Group to move onto the platform.
