I have over 15 years experience as a domestic violence specialist. I undertake specialist assessments of mothers and fathers in care proceedings and deliver bespoke 1 to 1 treatment for women who have experienced domestic violence.

South London charity which runs community initiatives aimed at helping people to live healthier lives. I started when the charity first formed and was involved in shaping it's development and growth. Established successful flagship food ambassador training programme - training over 100 community residents. Training people in the community to be ‘ambassadors’ for healthy eating, and helping them develop the skills and confidence to run their own sessions, that also reflect and celebrate the cultural diversity in the community whilst also making a positive environmental impact. I regularly re-developed and co-produced the programme with food ambassador alumni and adapted it to the different communities I engaged with. I co-produced with volunteers in the community many other food programmes, including a 6 week healthy family cooking course, ‘cultural cook-alongs’, commmunity cafes (pay by donation) and recipe kits. During the pandemic I set up and ran a meal service for mothers with new-born babies and through this created fantastic links with the Lambeth community and food networks.

Manorfield primary school employed a chef in residence to improve the health and well-being of the whole school. I was responsible for planning and delivering a creative food education programme from nursery through to year 6 children.
