As a receptionist in the HR office, I answered or redirected inquiries about employment, benefits, payroll, room reservations, appointments, etc. I also completed various projects for HR staff, including editing in Adobe Photoshop.

In the office of Human Capital Development, I helped to update a certificate program consisting of 6 workshops for early HR professionals. I worked with instructors to develop course content, created PowerPoints and documents, researched course topics, and helped work on the marketing plan for the certificate program.
