Working area: test co-ordination for OSS (Operational Support Service) product.Responsibilities: review and improve test processes, test planning, perform test analysis, provide preliminary estimation of required test resources, and perform test strategy. Responsible for test environment, simulators, tools, test automation, fault slip through analysis, root cause analysis, statement of test coverage, statement of verification based on requirements, hardware coordination. Achievements: test processes, especially test analysis, have been improved, faults have been found earlier in the development lifecycle. The test strategy created for the OSS migration from Sparc HW to x86 HW was a great success, verification has been performed successfully without any fault slippage.

Working area: 3rd line system support for TSP (Telecom Server Platform) product. Responsibilities: investigating and analyzing product related questions received by web, email, phone or escalated by 2nd line or 3rd line Application Support. Investigating complex technical problems, trouble-shooting of systems that are in operation and if requested, participation in the remedy of the systems in case of critical situations. Delivering restoration procedures for Customer Support Requests based on service level agreements. Conducting specific Front Office administrative activities. Securing 24/7 phone support by taking regular turns of on-call duty.Achievements: successfully conducted several emergency situations, completely reduced the Customer Support Request backlog.

Working area: System test execution for TSP (Telecom Server Platform) product, at System Verification, in Stockholm, Älvsjö (Sweden) (short term assignment). Responsibilities: performing characteristics, robustness, stability, high load/over load, maintainability and upgrade tests; debugging, trouble-shooting, preparing test specifications, result reporting. Also worked with test automation based on JUnit Framework.Achievements: created a new test specification for characteristics tests and successfully performed the characteristics verification of the system based on it.

Working area: Function test execution in a new generation high performance multi-service switching system project. Responsibilities: performing tests for routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS); debugging, trouble-shooting, preparing test specifications, result reporting. Also worked with test automation based on TTCN-3 language.Achievements: extended the test specifications with new test cases for the new functions based on RFCs, and successfully performed the verification of them, without any significant amount of fault slippages. Automated the new test cases in TTCN-3.
