I currently work on a data migration project where I am leading a team to analyze data from disparate sources to ensure that a large scale data migration from many data sources have correctly migrated to a single enterprise wide data platform.I create dashboards in Tableau and repeatable Excel templates to reduce the amount of hours it takes to analyze data.

Administered the Labor Action Network, an NGP VAN technology tool for running the data framework behind a political campaign. Managed the LAN activities for the entire organization e.g.: creating predictive dialers, managing accounts, creating accounts, creating forms to track the progress of our release staff, and generating visualized reports to help internal staff view membership data. Managed the technological needs of 50+ release staff and a dozen full time staff. Created phone lists, walk lists and volunteer recruitment lists at a national level in order to facilitate local and regional campaign efforts. Manage and update official UAW Endorsement Website. Assist nationwide UAW staff with various IT requests and troubleshoot issues. Trained local and national users how to use the LAN and personally solved IT issues. Created detailed report formats, survey questions, and scripts for use at a national level. Entered scripts for political contact into the LAN technology tool so the reports could be tracked by hundreds of field staff and thousands of volunteers. Reported political related expenditures to the FEC so they could be tracked by individual candidate. Customized fliers and variety of campaign documents.
