As a North Texas bachelor and a proud alumnus in the field of criminal justice, I've embarked on a dynamic journey that's taken me from the world of academia to the fast-paced music industry. Currently, my focus is on managing the dynamic hip-hop duo Tribe Mafia, where I've achieved remarkable milestones over the years.My tenure with Tribe Mafia has been marked by the successful organization of tours spanning the United States and international stages, including a standout performance with Akon in São Paulo, Brazil. I've also played a pivotal role in securing valuable sponsorships for Tribe Mafia, establishing partnerships with renowned brands such as Sennheiser, TEAC Vinyl Player, Ford, and iHeartRadio.The onset of the pandemic brought unique challenges, but it also presented opportunities for innovation. As a recent college graduate balancing part-time artist management with full-time studies, I dedicated myself to seeking new revenue streams for my artists. This led me to delve into the world of sync placements, a journey marked by extensive research, from scanning IMDb to dissecting TV show credits.I found that active participation in industry panels was an incredibly effective way to connect with music supervisors, far exceeding the efficacy of cold emails. Post-pandemic, I've cultivated valuable relationships with multiple music libraries, sync agents, and supervisors, which has translated into noteworthy achievements. My artists have secured placements in prominent shows like CW's "All American," CBS's "Bob Hearts Abishola," KSG Hawaii's "My Partner,” “HeartBreak Falls," and most recently, Michael Keaton's latest neo-noir film, "Knox Goes Away."My passion for music management and dedication to securing opportunities in the ever-evolving landscape of the music industry drive my commitment to success.
