I worked closely with Vestas FEA team for various wind turbine components.Handles individual projects and onsite client interactions. Worked on FEA validations of service, maintenance and lifting tools. I worked on Ansys workbench for most of the projects. Handled complex geometry and large models. I have used some special highlighted techniques like bolt connections, linear and non linear Analysis like geometry nonlinearity, material nonlinearity, contact nonlinearity (frictional contact modelling ), weldment modelling, multizone meshing for hex element, shell modelling techniques. Involved in Carrier transport refrigeration team for handling large models and support meshing team for solid, shell meshing using Hyperworks (Hypermesh).
