- Identification, development, and evaluation of marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.- Evaluation of the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.- Formulation, direction and management of all marketing activities to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion agencies- Usage of sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.- New business models development and implementation.- Development and management of all digital campaigns (new website launch, SEO, SEA, SMM, performance marketing, influencer marketing, inbound marketing).- KOL Management.- Development of existing educational program for HCPs, cost control and effectiveness measurement.- New approach development for existing retail chain and further control of its implementation.- Development of Marketing&Education team (9 team members)

- Develop and manage marketing communications strategies and communication activities plans, partnering with product marketing managers, design agency and cross-functional teams;- Implementation of marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR- Build, design Brand and product communication campaign including development / localization of all relevant messaging and content (from concept to completion);- Ensure consistency and high quality of communication mix (content generation, content marketing, advertising, photography, video production, website);- Manage external advertising etc., assuring adherence and effectiveness of marketing and brand strategies;- Supervise marketing budget- Close cooperation with Sales Department- Ability to oversee all activities in marketing team- Participate in quarterly regional marketing meetings- Manage, coordinate and localize the global marketing materials;- Ensure Internal communication, including internal newsletters for marketing documents, collateral and promotional items.- KOL management- Manage MarCom team (3 people)

- Oversee show management for portfolio- Develop long term strategy for own functional area, detailing impact on overall business results- Set strategic goals, oversee organization, project & financial management and performance targets- Set, monitor and ensure target standards of quality and customer service- Create sales strategy, organize sales and build relationships with key customers- Work with Exhibition Managers to deliver strategic market reviews across own portfolio- Manage budgeting process, manage all shows activities with a view to meeting profit targets- Manage resources across teams, set and improve standards for people management- Work in collaboration with other shows organized by MVK/ITE Group worldwide- Manage project team (4 people)
