Responsible for Dragonpass Business Development in Asia-Pacific region whilst assist the Manchester Office to expand global market;Identify and help to develop strategic relationships with potential customers by collecting overseas relevant information and understanding the industry dynamics;Achieve successful collaboration by providing customized proposals according to various customers’ situation;Facilitate the team in reviewing milestones, examining potential operational issues/risks, outlining and proposing solutions and identifying actions;Assist in developing project appraisal and selection criteria/ projects procedures;Support Dragonpass Global Strategy Implementation;

Collect data, do analysis and provide possible solutions based on the operation needs or company’s future development objectives or bottlenecks.Study and assist lean related activities including 5S, 8 wastes and Kaizens; translation provided in some activities.Participated in several lean and solution projects and led two projects: CRW Carton Reuse and Waste-line Renovation. CRW Carton Reuse project successfully helped the warehouse realize ZERO cartons purchased, which saved around a quantity of 400,000 new cartons each year.
