Main responsibilities:1. Communicated with project business user, follow up the user requirement and clarify the user requirement detail to development team. Make sure developer can fully understand requirement and the development can meet user expectation.2. Follow up user requirement, cooperated with development team to come up with the requirement solution and manage the JIRA task as per project request.3. Based on user requirement, join the SIT process to test the application (development package), report any issue found.4. Follow up the HSBC ITSA process, coordinated with different party to working on the project release, ensure the project release meet the ITSA requirement and release as scheduled.

Main responsibilities:1. Responsible for Informatica mapping Development, project functional test and user requirement analysis2. Follow up user requirement, provide development solution and prepare functional specification to development team to follow up3. Cooperated with the SA and BA on the system data table design, gathering table information and responsible for change management Prepare DDL for table creation and modification.

Main responsibilities:1. Provide system users BI report requirement analysis and solutions.2. Follow up user`s request and enquiry via JIRA, support report testing.3. Managing the report development process and weekly update on the project plan. 4. Report development: using Oracle database for report logic design and SAP BI for report layout and universe development.

Main responsibilities:1. Maintain the Insurance data system, analyzing and fixing, tracking the issue reported from system user. Communication between user and system vendors.2. Following with project QA process and service management SLA, mainly using SQL server, SSIS, SAP BI skill to providing service for system user as system service vendor. Follow ITIL standard and control support process3. Analyzing the system maintenance and enhancement requirements from system user, providing including requirements solutions, business analysis, risk assessments and resources estimations.4. Using SQL server, SSIS, SAP BI skill etc. to engaged with system requirement design and development. Database design and optimization, SAP BI report development.
