- Manage and develop the team and related processes to ensure requirements are useable for supplier qualification & development- Define qualification level of the suppliers for the set of commodities/suppliers responsible (i.e. approved, approved with conditions and not approved)- Plan and deliver supplier qualification audits- Assess supplier in terms of the appropriateness of their Quality Management System, status of ISO certifications and EHS, Assess supplier on their production capabilities, process management; Assess supplier on their planning and resolution of preventive and corrective reports caused by NCRs or other failures- Prepare supplier evaluation reports- Drive and support supplier development activities by defining continuous improvement measures/corrective actions based on QCD analysis and supply chain problems- Increase supplier capabilities and performance- Initiate/agree and follow up of the corrective and preventive actions at suppliers- Understand and mitigate the risks together with the Key Commodity Managers, Unit Sourcing Managers, procurement and activities- Support the product qualification process for the set of commodities responsible- Keep the supporting tools (Powersource database) up to date- To undertake any other duty and responsibility as may be required by the Line Manager- To promote the interests and image of the company at all times- Behave according to ALSTOM Code of Ethics and Values - Travel and visit suppliersIn this stage, I was qualified as ALSTOM quality and safety lead auditor, registered as EHSQ auditors by Hubei Bureau of quality & technical supervision, passed PMP examination, passed Lloyd’s quality courses.

Hangzhou

- Supervise if supplier whole manufacturing process is according to designed drawings of ALSTOM and standards- Check if supplier welders are qualified base on condenser’s materials- Check if supplier PQR, WPS are in line with condenser’s requirements- Participate witness points according to ITP- Random check RT photograph- Support welding problem solving and others - Coordinate with HBG and Alstom Europe TPHX- Hand over as-built documents and EOMR

Hongkong

- Manage project preparation, start-up, execution and handover for Convey package- Government coordination with Hong Kong contractors and client- Coordinate with project procurement, design, commissioning of internal department- Govern the project quality, schedule, safety and cost of the Convey package

- Prepare Quality Plan, Inspection & Testing Plan for projects- Supervise the quality plan, ITPs are properly implemented - Details for welding:- Verify the welders of contractors are qualified with relevant base material and welding position; - Check contractor WPS is in line with PQR, - Monitored qualification tests of contractors’ welders, checked contractors’ control of welder qualified items and welding consumables, joint preparation, fit-up, inter-pass, WPS variables and final visual inspection; - Verified contractors were documenting welds on the daily welding report and completed welds were being documented on the welding drawings; - Random check of NDT result of contractors- Welding problem solving during project execution- Coordinate both with contractor and client for quality witness.- As-built drawings and documents handover to client

And be familiar with high alloy steel welding for high pressure pipe & tube.

The material involved carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel.- Monitoring WPQ process according to Pre-WPS- Issue PQR after qualification, more than 30 PQR issued in this project- Issue WPS according to PQR, hundreds of WPS issued.- Prepare welding book for welding package.- Organize welder site qualification before on board- Supervise welding process during project welding execution, including filler material baking, issue and claim, usage of material, welding operation and visual check of welding seam. Radom check RT photograph - Solve welding problem when welding issues happened.- Organize inspection and acceptance for hold points or testing.- Welding as-built drawings and documentsMore than 35,000 high pressure welding seams finished for the project, and one time welding quality satisfaction rate is more than 99%In this project, as a key member, one scientific and technical payoffs was published for welding technology high pressure stainless tube ST213TP304L
