公司为外商独资，主营石化环保设备，为客户提供设计、制造、安装、调试和培训服务。公司项目由机械设备、管道、结构、仪表、电气和控制等多种设备组成。主要职责：项目管理，项目执行，范围、进度、成本、质量和风险管控。1、组织项目开工会，与客户形成会议纪要，制定项目计划。2、组织设计审查会，制定技术资料提交计划，并监督落实。3、技术管理，图纸审核，设备选型，设计变更，资料移交。4、采购管理，编制询价文件，组织方案审查，评比各方报价，参加商务谈判，审核商务合同，编制合同附件。5、制造管理，技术交底澄清，质量进度管控，设备发货移交。6、现场管理，组织安装调试和技术指导，协助美国专家对客户技术培训。7、商务管理，负责合同款回收，采购款支付，控制项目现金流。8、文档管理，记录项目过程，完善项目文件，移交竣工资料。主要业绩：主导项目2个。

1, Make project plan and improve project documents, coordinate the links of design, purchase, production, delivery and construction.2, Coordinate with the client, supplier, supervisor and erection company to promote the project progress.3, Provide technical support and equipment acceptance to the client, solve common problems in project execution.4, Give regularly report to company about project implementation, propose reasonable suggestions for the critical problems to company and department leaders’ decision.5, Maintain good customer relationships, set and adjust payment collection plan, ensure the project be paid on time.

1, In charge of company owned construction machine and engineering vessels' management.2, Lead the team field work.3, Dispatch all vessels and machine to different projects' site.4, Arrange all machine and vessels' routine maintenance.5, Apply all machine and vessel certificate and license as the local authority require.6, Assist company to make customs clear in equipment and material logistics.

学校隶属于保定市中小企业局，现已关闭。在此期间作为《画法几何与机械制图》教师，从事教学两个学期。
