Selected 361Sales Projects: •Tefal – Groupe SEB Polska - Development and implementation of a go-to-market strategy for launching sales on Allegro, which led to achieving nearly 140 million PLN in GMV in 2024, along with a dynamic increase in Tefal's market share between 2020 and 2024. Scope of work: – Analysis of product and market potential, pricing and offer modeling – Identification of sales opportunities, effective growth hacking – Pricing and offer modeling along with a new proposal for operational and marketing investments for brand resellers – Comprehensive oversight of e-commerce ecosystem modeling •WWF Polska – development and implementation of a digital transformation strategy for fundraising, including management of online activities and performance analysis. Key achievements: – Segmentation of fundraisers and behavioral profiling – Introduction of a new acquisition model and operational framework – Creation of an innovative fundraising tool – a widget for publishers and individual donors that simplifies the donation process
