96 SAE is owned by Stephen Evans who, over 40 years, has earned a reputation for being a prime mover in the credit hire industry. He retired from his last executive role in 2018, just after he was awarded a PhD by the University of Portsmouth for his research into insurance fraud. He has since written a book on Credit Hire and has provided advice to a number of institutional investors on the prospects for the credit hire market.
