A Common Place supports teams and individuals to develop the skills and competences needed to learn more about themselves, engage in collaboration and contribute to social transformation. We work towards deeper connections, better communication and increased awareness. Senior Facilitator - Adriana Costa Adriana is a Facilitator and Process Designer with a strong focus on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, as well as decolonialism. She has a background in Social Communications and embodiment and her work centres on participatory approaches and experiential learning.
