aCCCess is the key link between the European Chips Competence Centres (CCCs), Chips Pilot Lines (CPLs), and the Design Platform (DP). Funded under CHIPS JU via Digital Europe, the project is dedicated to building and strengthening the European Network of Chips Competence Centres (ENCCC). To ensure these centres actively collaborate and support the European semiconductor industry, aCCCess is establishing strong structures and smart networking solutions. Launched in March 2025 as a four-year EU project, aCCCess fosters maximum synergies between CCCs, CPLs, and the DP. Through harmonised best practices, a centralised service marketplace, investment matchmaking, and expert-driven knowledge exchange, the project accelerates innovation, simplifies access to cutting-edge technology, and enhances Europe’s global semiconductor competitiveness.
