The “ACMT-Rete for Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease” Association is an Italian not-for-profit organization with the following aims:
Promoting information projects in order to increase the skills and knowledge about the treatment of CMT disease and similar syndromes;
Encouraging the creation of centres for diagnosis and treatment working in collaboration with one another;
Developing a relationship network across people suffering from Charcot-Marie-Tooth's disease and their families through media and socialization and information opportunities;
Being a point of information on laws for disabled people, working in partnership with other associations.
You can join the association: if you are suffering from Charcot-Marie-Tooth or other similar diseases, or you are a family member or friend of a CMT patient (maximum one person per patient).
Physicians, researchers, other associations and everyone else are welcome as supporters and collaborators.
