AdaptNow is an organisation and leadership development consultancy, founded by senior consultants who bring their expertise from various industries and a broad range of development challenges. We support leaders and organisations to successfully adapt to the changing conditions of the market and the environment thus become more effective in solving complex strategic and human challenges. In our change programs we build on our understanding of human behaviour and organisational systems while we improve the alignment between three key areas of an organisation: strategy, operating model and people. We deliver interventions that clarify the strategy and strengthen alignment around it, develop the leadership capacity to drive it, and build stronger relationships on all levels: between the organisation and its people, amongst different teams or within a group of individuals working for a goal. Our interventions vary from individual and team coaching for leaders to change management programs for large organisations.
