Adya specializes in freeze-dried fruits and vegetables. We work in partnership with cooperatives of farmers for our tropical range and high-level European experts in freeze-drying for our red fruits, vegetables and herbs.
We source organic freeze dried food and match it in mainly Western-Europe with retail and food industry. For both sectors we develop freeze dried fruit pieces and powders and vegetable powders.
Adya strongly believes in the great health benefits of freeze-dried fruits and vegetables. Upon request we can share with you our experience and our network in recipe development (clean label assistance).
