AE Therapy

My name is Angelica, and I'm a dedicated and compassionate social worker and psychotherapist with several years of experience. I have a Master of Social Work in Critical Analysis from McMaster University and a Master's in Sociology from La Sapienza University of Rome. Throughout my career, I've worked in Italy, the UK, Australia, and currently in Canada, where I live in Burlington. I'm deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and I specialize in helping individuals with challenges such as relationship issues, cultural adjustment, and life transitions. I offer online and in-office sessions as well as 'walk and talk' therapy. I'm fluent in Italian, and I take a feminist, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed approach in my work to empower my clients and help them improve their well-being. In my personal life, I love being in nature, staying informed about new therapeutic approaches, and spending quality time with my twin children.
