Inspired by Nelson Griswold & Scott Cantrell's industry bestseller, DO or DIE: Reinventing Your Benefits Agency for Post-Reform Success, the NextGen Benefits Mastermind Partnership helps owners & principals of independent employee benefits firms & benefits practice leaders at independent P&C agencies remain relevant, profitable, independent & growing in the post-reform era. Mastermind Partners participate in a collaborative peer-exchange program exclusively for non-competing agency owners & principals. During quarterly Mastermind Summit events & the annual ASCEND conference, Mastermind Partners collaborate with other agency leaders to solve problems, identify new growth strategies, and develop "nextgen" practices to elevate their firm in the marketplace. In addition, they receive guidance from the industry's leading experts on such key business-building strategies as portfolio diversification, marketing, consultative selling, and practice management, along with reinvention & growth strategies. Membership in the NextGen Mastermind Partnership is through an application process.
