I love my job. How many can say that? Not enough and we think that sucks. Joyful work leads to a more joyful life, all round. It’s kind of obvious, right? Apparently not. Only a handful of people report high job engagement. That’s where we come in. At amp’d, we’re crazy about helping people find joy in work. We work with organisations to give their people development planning skills. We also upskill managers to lead more meaningful development conversations. And we’re the people to turn to when you need career transition support for your change affected people. Somehow, throughout our education and professional lives, learning career planning skills is not prioritised. And yet during our lifetime, work takes up the majority of our awake hours. This. Does. Not. Compute. Most of us know it’s about aligning our interests and skills with the right work but it can be a struggle to pull our ideas together and make a plan to get there.
