Arch Henderson is a multi-disciplined firm, encompassing Architectural, Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering Services. In addition we undertake the Principal Designer on most of our projects.
We operate throughout the UK and abroad with offices in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Lerwick, Dundee, Thurso, and Southampton.
Although operating as a multi-disciplined organisation, each individual discipline delivers their specific service autonomously. This is linked by a shared set of principles, administration and quality assurance procedures.
The civil and structural engineers offer design expertise in all aspects of harbour works, coast protection and ship repair services.
The architectural division of the firm has extensive design experience across all sectors of construction including healthcare, education, housing, commercial and industrial developments, passenger terminals, as well as marine support buildings.
The environmental division offers services in ground investigation, contaminated land assessments, drainage solutions, hydrogeological surveys, water quality investigations, planning advice and applications and environmental impact assessments.
Arch Henderson has 60 technical personnel comprising chartered professionals and qualified technicians. The firm is a limited liability partnership and a company of Haskoning.
Substantial emphasis is placed upon quality, environmental and health and safety management and protecting the commercial interests and confidence of the client. By maintaining this and ensuring requirements are always met, clients return to Arch Henderson to engage our services on a regular basis.
