ARNE Health is a medical device company based in the Netherlands. Founded on an invention by Dr. Tim Antonius, a neonatologist at Radboud UMC, University Hospital in Nijmegen, ARNE Health has developed the first-ever Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) for Newborn Life Support, called ARNE NLS Advisor. This CDSS device combines international Newborn Life Support guidelines with the real-time vital signs of the newborn, providing visual and audio feedback to guide the delivery room team through the resuscitation procedure. The device is designed for both real-life resuscitation procedures and training and simulation scenarios, aiming to improve adherence to NLS guidelines and enhance resuscitation skills by reducing cognitive load, thereby minimising mistakes and improving survival rates.
