Aspire Together is a nonprofit helping Arizona K–12 schools lead AI adoption from the inside out. We train site-based school leaders—often assistant principals, principals or instructional coaches—to become internal AI champions. Our model equips them to guide AI adoption safely, strategically, and in alignment with local values. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀: AI is moving faster than most schools can respond. Rather than outsourcing to vendors or over-investing in external consultants, we help schools build sustainable, in-house capacity at a fraction of the cost. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘁: Upskill 25,000 AI Champions by 2030. 🌍 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 Each AI Champion supports an entire school.
