Axiom is a next generation ProcureTech innovation that’s allowing Enterprise organisations to automate Tailspend and, equally importantly, to transform the experience for Buyers, Suppliers and Procurement. Our marketPlace platform (with integrated marketSourcing), enables Procurement to set up, manage and control a closed and automated tailspend environment for all free-text, catalog and content-based categories (both products and services) across the organisation. Traditional Buying channels (S2P guided buying, S2P catalogs, free-text orders and standalone marketplaces, etc.) are simply not good enough in today’s rapidly evolving, user-focussed Enterprise world. And change is afoot! A recent Hackett survey revealed that nearly 70% of Procurement Professionals are frustrated with their free-text and current catalog sourcing model, and are looking to change. Reinforcing this, PwC estimates that 76% of Enterprise Procurement teams will be involved in a Digital Procurement Transformation Project by 2027 (up from 36% today). Increasingly, as part of this transformation, Enterprise organisations are raising the bar in terms of their targets for the automation of their Indirect Spend categories, to up to 90%.
